Again we’ll never know how interested or close Celtic were to getting Harkin in for the DOF role. the club have told the fans absolute zilch. I get the need for privacy during these type of discussions, but it’s went on that long now right into a critical period, you’d think in the 3 months or so since lennon left or was sacked, you’d think the club would’ve came out during that period with something. since lennon went the two prominent names mentioned were Howe and harkin. All it would’ve taken from the club was a short statement saying we’ve numerous candidates for the managers position and the DOF position and we’ll announce it in due course. can’t even get that right.

The club have used the press to start rumours so the fans buy into it and to spend money, what a club, I am not falling for it again.

Rejection after rejection for Celtic probably doesn’t help what happened to Lawwell’s motors and house, might not of been our fans but it’s widely speculated across certain pundits and ex players. So who’s going to come to a club if that’s in the back of there mind?

Just to be clear, I don't want the jib either. Just want that it there before someone ITK starts saying I'm signing a contract on Friday. What an absolute farce our cub has become all because the people in charge are totally inept. We need a clear out of the blazers. They are a disgrace and should be nowhere near the club. I don't know who set up Howe and Harkin but who ever it was should go now Total shambles and Embarrassment and IMO Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. They should have been water tight by now And I am sure if that was one of their employees that made so much mess they would have been sacked by now.

This is starting to be a complete farce from start to finish. howe not coming in. harkin who everybody thought was coming in as dof and was supposed to have said to celtic about ange. has supposed to have now rejected celtic. we are a laughing stock. I am sorry but with the rumours of maloney, Kennedy and Strachan the whole board need to take good long hard look and really get this sorted. this is one time I am not looking through my green tinted specks. sorry hoops fans.

I did happen to read an article the other day ed007 about PL and his efforts against high level crime guy's masquerading as agents to get involved with young footballers and eventually launder money, I read this about a week after him and his family were attacked. Scary stuff like.
{Ed007's Note - There's been a spate of attacks across Glasgow and Lanarkshire where high end cars were getting torched for no apparent reason - it was happening in Fairhill for a while although not high end numbers obviously lol - and I thought it was just the latest Ned craze but I think there's something more sinister about it and it's nothing to do with Celtic/Rangers rivalry or anything like that.}

Ed007 your right, it could be something more sinister. People are too quick to speculate that its something to do with celtic/ rangers rivalry.
Could honestly be anything and PL might not even have been the target, could of been anyone who lived in house.
Thank God no one was killed and hopefully they catch whoever is responsible quickly.
