Whilst I agree the Celtic model should be sign young and sell on, you do need some older heads in the squad to help keep boys focussed. Marshall may be 35 but let’s be honest McGregor for rangers has kept them in many games this season and he’s 39 so age in a GK makes no difference in my opinion. Also we wouldn’t be likely to sell a GK on for a hefty profit as they don’t have as much to do up here it’s only in Europe where they can make a name for themselves and we can’t compete as it is in that.

He's a better keeper than Bain and could be a stop gap until we get the best out of Barkas.
