Davies has agreed a pre contract with Celtic. Talks are now ongoing to see if a deal can be done to sign him before the window closes. I know this for certain.

Sam this is from someone very close to the player. I’m wouldn’t come on here and make something up. Davies had actually agreed a deal with Bournemouth in the summer but Bournemouth and Preston couldn’t agree on the fee.

Unfortunately next season is a right off as it now far to late for a new manager to bring in any players. We need at least 11 to come in and hit the ground running which is near on impossible.

Brown pretty much gone. Rogic, griffiths, ralston, Taylor, bitton Bain hazard not good enough and most of them will go. I’ve probably forgotten a few too. Which leaves us with
Barkas, Jullien, McGregor, soro, turnball, Forrest, ajeti and klimala. So how many players in a 20 man match day squad does that leave us with? Martin o Niel was an exception hence the near impossible. Plus he had to only bring in about 6.

I really don't understand when people say Griffiths and taylor aren't good enough. Taylor has probably been our most consistent defender and is one of the very few players that actually seems to be improving. His attacking isn't as good as kt but he's getting better. And griff is griff, deadly and still our best finisher and him along with Turnbull the only players that can put in a decent set piece.

Taylor is absolutely woeful and will never be good enough. And I like griffiths but has had too many chances now and can’t be trusted.

Hes a defender who hasn't made a single mistake defensively that I can think off. How many can say that. Always get the feeling because he's apparently a rangers fan he doesn't seem to get the same patience others are afforded.
