Kev, Davies has agreed a pre contract with Celtic. Talks are now ongoing to see if a deal can be done before the window closes. If a deal can’t be reached we will announce the pre contract deal.

This is why loans should only be allowed until the new manager comes in. We don't want to fill the squad with players that ain't good enough and won't want to move on because they won't find a better wage elsewhere. Unless it's genuine quality we are bringing in, which clearly Gallagher isn't.

I don’t agree on the Declan Gallagher view. The bhoy has proven himself on the International stage and the money and wages it would take, has to be considered a good squad player. Duffy made a few mistakes, however he didn’t have a decent keeper behind him. One which could easily have saved both of those goals. When NL said at the start of the window that GK was not a position we were looking to strengthen in, I was worried about second place then and I’m getting more and more worried as the day goes on, surely we could get a keeper in on loan until we find some team crazy enough to take Barkas off our hands. Also if there is someone earmarked for the Celtic job at the end of the season, give it to Broonie and Kennedy, until then. Second place is in serious jeopardy and not only that, each and everyone of us are going to be robbed of our only escapism from this C.V. Watching Celtic was supposed to help ease the hardship of these lockdowns, we pleaded to get the football back, given the choice, I would rather get the season called now. Let the fn red arrows fly over and the rubbish of 55 start. I’d much rather that, than endure this for another few months and then listen to that rubbish then. Things are not going to improve unless something is done and it is breaking my heart and sickening me more and more each day. HH 💚ðŸ€.

Gallagher is dugmeat. Proven at international level haha he has had 1 decent game for Scotland embarrassing signing if it happens.

I’d take Declan Gallagher, if only as a squad player. But I’d say he’s probably better then what we have at the moment with injuries, want aways and loans. Not just a new team next season, possibly a new squad 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸.

Hi Ok, I meant we are punished even more, than if there was a better keeper. Not defending Duffy one bit. Right from the start if every game, he goes through players trying to win a ball he has no chance of getting to and gives away needless free kicks. Some if his antics in the box are wild, throwing himself about like a keeper. So the answer to your question is no. Merely that it is highlighted even more by our lack of a good keeper. I also don’t entertain the fact that JK is a good coach either, as our defence is absolutely shocking, so good knows what he is teaching them.
