NL has apparently banned Sky Sports from CP until Andy Walker apologises for his comments on the trip.
As they have a broadcasting deal in place with our league this could be the start of another episode in Dubaigate.

I read he’s refusing to do interviews and I think he’s also preventing the players from doing interviews until Andy apologises.
We’ll find out on Wednesday if that’s the case.

You would think so but the ranjurs refuse to talk to the bbc despite them having radio and highlights deal as well as scottish cup games. don't think sky will mind they will just give Slippy a call to get his take on the game.

If Sky insist on interviews, as the contract states, what can the club do? If they back down Lenny will look even more out of touch. Let's face it, Walker isn't going to apologise. Sky full of Sevconians, will say we aren't paying you then. You have reneged on the contract. If that happens Lawell has a choice, tell him to abide or cough up the money he has trousered in unearned bonuses. Although, if Sky do try and have a go, we can all cancel and watch games online. Wednesday will tell us if he carries out the threat, and Thursday we will hear Sky respond. What a sh it show.
