Managers - Which scenario do you prefer. A full squad of talented guys with a strong leader captain and a manager who they respect but who allows them freedom of expression on the pitch/ or/ an elite Boss with a team of potential talent relying his coaching skills to get the best from them, frequently working on tactics and formats.
NB. I appreciate money and prestige talks, but who was the last truly elite Boss who, after years of success, dropped down to test his skills, see if he 'still had it'. ie RM Barcelona Juve etc to boss such as Ajax, Everton, Fulham and clubs of a similar status. Not many.

I reckon pep would secretly love the Celtic job he appreciates the passion of the support and the club's history but we can all dream on someone placing a love of football over money.
