Was great to see Jota back doing the business for Celtic.

I was a bit sceptical about the price and was unsure if we would be as good second time around.

Obviously it is early doors but I thought he was brilliant when he came on and gave us a great option going forward.

The thing I liked most is he can play either wing and is capable of coming inside or going outside, which must be a nightmare to defend.

Have to admit that I felt very emotional when he scored and then got worse when I saw him get emotional as well.

Imagine all those wee Felipes or Jotas in October.

It was emotional Weejoe. I thought McGeady's comment was poor when asked if he understood the [Jota's] emotion and he said something along the lines of "No, not really" and made a comment about crying.

The boy has obviously had a hard time over the last wee while and possibly realises he made a mistake in leaving. That combined with the nerves he's probably feeling about returning and wanting to be a success etc. I think it's perfectly understandable.

Who cares what McGready thinks . The guy is an arrogant a hole.

Had a hard time over the last year or so picking up 200k a week?? Must have been total misery for the lad?.

What Jota showed in his cameo appearance should be a lesson to Kuhn. A winger needs to keep the opposition guessing and Kuhn is very predictable as hardly ever goes on the outside.

Idah is no slouch and Maeda's pace is incredible. I would like to see Kuhn on the left and Jota on the right hitting the byline and whipping balls across with their stroner foot. This is what Kyogo was missing and Idah/ Maeda would make hay. I understand both wingers like to cut in into their stronger foot but switching them during games would cause chaos for defenders, rather than the predictable but eventually wear them down approach.

I appreciate what Mc Gready when he deliberately took a card to stop his Russian team racing on to a late attack .
I prefer if Celtic players cried when their mistake leads to a goal against us or when he misses open goals .

I think that Jota has better close control when he runs with ball than Khun who probably has more pace . I think BR hasn’t encouraged players to take on defenders as most of our players are in attacking positions. It will be interesting to see what happens as Jota develops into the Celtic way.
