Only Aberdeen have not been charged by the SPFL from all of the League Cup Semi Finalists.
Motherwell and Sevco fans combined caused a 5 minute delay with flares Etc
The Celtic fans caused a 14 minute delay all by ourselves.

I noticed Aberdeen arranged their very own Pyro display on the pitch before Wed night's KO, so it must be a Northern Lights thing?

I am not a fan of pyro's to be honest.
However, if wanted by the majority, then the club should control it and not have fans using them in the ground etc.
Fans have no risk assessment to ensure any possible fire or medical issues created can be correctly dealt with safely and efficiently.
just my personal opinion.
