If we were to sell him this year, I think we'd get more than 15 mill but he is 27 next week so doubt he'll hold that value.

It's why we sign players to make a profit, 15m isn't a bad return for what we paid, however:-
Nayef Aguerd (25 caps Morocco) went from Rennes to West Ham for £29.8m, same age.
Marc Cucurella (1 Cap Spain) went for 55m to Chelsea, 2 years younger.
So when you put it into that context he'd be leaving a club competing in the CL therefore his value should be more like 30m, and clubs will pay it if they really want him.
I rate JJ very highly, he'd be a big miss with his energy, however players come and go and as long as we purchase correctly and sell profitably then the conveyor belt in my eyes should continue and we will attract more players looking for a chance to enjoy wearing the green and white, soak in the atmosphere, develop and get their future big pay day move, which suits celtic and the player.

I said at the time pay £6m because we’ll double our money and that if I’d the cash i’d take the punt. It was an absolute no brainer and we paid £2.6m I think maybe but don’t quote me.
Physiologically for the team he needs to stay though or potentially (and according to the Scottish media) we won’t even be as strong as last season.
But what do I know I was singing Taylor’s praises alone last season.
It will come down to head to heads between them and us so despite Ange’s protestations and thinking if we move the ball in midfield the way we can we don’t need that type of player we need dig in the midfield of the park and somebody to sort out Ludstrum in the first five minutes. At the risk of repeating myself and boring even me they bullied us in every game and will do so again.
Replace Brown we win the league - don’t then well maybe not.

JFP we don't need to sort out lundstrum- the ref should do that- but be nice to give him a thump.

Although i do agree we could do with some bite in the middle of the park.
Lundstram is pish he's been poor every game against us. We won the game at ibrox because off him which was massive in us winning the league.
He got away with some shockers in the semi but he was still pish. If the refs do their job ( i know i know) then we will be fine.
