So, Ross County have claimed that Celtic fans have been threatening their staff because they are refusing to sell them tickets to the 'home' section of the ground.
{Ed007's Note - If RC have any proof they should forward it to the police, Celtic and the SPFL, in fact Celtic should demand either RC provide the evidence or demand that RC retract their statement that it was "suspected Celtic supporters".
I suspect that it was pesky Wigan or Chelsea fans looking to cause trouble.

I read the article and the journalist made reference to alleged threats but I couldn’t see where a Ross County official actually did?

"Ross County would like to put out a very clear message that any Celtic supporters attempting to purchase tickets for the home end will be refused. Those who try to gain entry to the home end will also be rejected.
We are cancelling numerous tickets bought by suspected Celtic supporters for the home end and refunds have been processed. No tickets will be sold on the day.
Only those who have a ticketing history for home matches will be sold tickets. It is unacceptable our staff have been threatened and intimidated by individuals attempting to falsely purchase tickets. This will not be tolerated."

If they are only selling tickets to those with a history of buying tickets then they will know the usual amount of home tickets they sell, allocate a section of the stadium to home fans based on what they usually sell then sell the rest to away supporters. Why any buisness would not want as many arses on seats as possible is beyond me!
{Ed007's Note - I've been saying for years that smaller clubs and their fans should come to some arrangement where their ST holders are allocated certain areas and the rest goes to us and OFFC. Surely if you care about your club you wouldn't mind moving 4 times a season when the extra income could be a new signing? Even bump them up by so many a game to hospitality for other games, could that balance out, give up your own seat for 4 games and you will be given a hospitality ticket for another match and enter a draw for hospitality when us or OFFC visit. Would our hangers on and them at Ibrox give up some freebie hospitality at away grounds to help the paying wider support?
It would also help with the atmosphere, if all their fans are together they'll meet other fans they don't usually, a bit of banter and a few songs would soon start up.
Let's be honest, any stadium us or OFFC are playing shouldn't have any empty seats unless it's for safety reasons, the so called "smaller" clubs are always scraping around for any extra income they can get whilst locking out thousands of paying customers, it's ridiculous.}
