@LeedsCelt, coaching badges mean nothing if you're a cr@p coach and I'm sure if you asked fans of Crawley, Notts County, Oldham or Barnet they'll say he was a cr@p coach.

At first I wanted Ange to bring in his own personnel, but was gladly proved wrong after the great success with the backroom staff we had. Harry Kewell (unlike Damian Duff for example) , does not appear to have the coaching reputation and experience. However, I obviously hope it works out?
