Guys is it just me, or does anyone else think our club are too passive at complaining.
The latest incidents being our international players the Croatia manager, knowing full well Josep was just back from a long hamstring injury yet played him in ALL FOUR Croatia games at left back, having no thought to the welfare of of the player.
That clown Clarke did exact same thing with Callum playing him in all 4 games, selfish barsteward.
These guys only think of their futures, not the welfare of the players our club gives them.
{Ed007's Note - I'd say it's the complete opposite as the players are training and playing games, keeping their fitness and sharpness up rather than them sitting on a beach in Dubai drinking & partying. That's 4 games Juranovic has played that will have helped his rehabilitation. Didn't Abada play in all Israel's games as well?
Our Players are due to start back for preseason the week starting the 27th June but those that have been on international duty will probably get an extra week or so that's going to be about 3 weeks since they have played a match compared to the rest who won't have played or done any serious training in the 6/7 weeks since our season ended.}

I have no time for International football (especially originating from our long-time foes at the SFA) , but our better players seem very keen in representing their countries and as long as we attract International class talent, we have to tolerate the drawbacks.

I love the World Cup and will generally watch Scotland on the t. v. more often than not.
Celtic supporters memories are long and it should not be forgotten or forgiven as to how so many great players in the history of our club were 'overlooked' at international level
When the captain of the Lisbon Lions, Billy McNeil, could only amass 29 caps for his country when he played in a team that swept all before them over the course of a decade, something is seriously wrong.
I hope and pray that the bigoted, Mason barstewards from the SFA who 'overlooked' all those great Celtic players continue to rot in the ? fires of hell along with the likes of Thatcher and Saville.

It didn’t matter which generation it was or how good the Celtic players were.

That's true, but it is the clubs that pay wages, im someone was to get serious injury on international duty, it can sometimes cause tricky situations. But it's every kids dream to represent there country at whatever sport they play.
