No way will we stand still ange knows this squad is nowhere near good enough to go into champions league. Also playing wed / sat every week need a bigger squad. He also has respect of the board mainly desmond so expect at least 4 quality player on top of 3 signing from last season.

It's clear plus got to remember no Bitton or rogic so maybe even need 6 new signings and more if we get rid of other dead wood. Exciting Sumner and no nervous qualifiers.
{Ed037's Note - I heard something yesterday that Anges main areas are LWb, Center back and a stricker. Midfield at the moment isn't an are Ange is looking at. But I'm not saying he won't sign a player if someone comes available at Celtic price mark, we shouldn't go for them. Don't forget we still have Ideguchi.

{Ed037's Note - your right he did but at the moment I believe he wants CB, LB and Stricker first. With Ajeti,Juilian and Boli dead certains to leave we need to fill them first. Definitely a Stricker because you saw how short we were when Kyogo and Giakoumakis were injured. The question I ask you Celtic fans is at LB. Taylor has been brilliant this season under Ange. Signing a new left back where those this leave Taylor, Montgomery and Scales. Will Scales and Montgomery go out on loan next season. Even young Welsh who when called upon to fill in at centre back didn't put a foot wrong. Will Signing a new CB hinder young Welshs development at the Club. More likely he'll be pushed further down the ladder now.

Taylor had a great 2nd half to the season, but for me, like Ralston, is great back up but we need a better player starting at LB - someone on a par with JJ at RB.
Scales could benefit from some game time possibly on loan to the right club.

{Ed037's Note - Good post Pedro, yesterday we talked about Mark Lawell maybe looking to sign youth players from Manchester City. Last season Celtic were linked with with these two players Manchester City duo Ko Itakura and Taylor Harwood-Bellis. Itakura a solid Japanese CB last season on loan at Schelka and Harwood-Bellis a speedy left Back last season on loan at Stoke. If I'm right Celtic invited Itakura to last season to watch a game with Fergal Harkins but he ended up choosing Schelka instead. As I mentioned yesterday about Manchester City youth players not getting any chance of first team football under Pep, both players fall into this category. There have been rumours around again about both players. I say watch out for these two players Celtic fans because I wouldn't be surprised if Mark Lawell went for both of them.

I would expect Scales and Montgomery will be loaded out. Julien Ajeti Bolongoli Soro Dembele will seek out new clubs.

A hardy midfielder would be ideal along with an upgrade on Mikey Johnston. The Dundee United keeper Siegrest for GK ahead of Bain.
Lawell has been low key but has delivered what Ange wanted and got the players in early doors for the second half of the season.
