Nice to see Jack Hendry coming on leaps and bounds and enjoying success over in Belgium. He was always a solid, dedicated pro but was just the wrong fit at the wrong time for Celtic and we couldn't afford to give him the time he needed to reach the level he's at now.

Personally I always thought Hendry was horrendous playing for us, and didn't see much improvement when he played for Scotland either.
{Ed007's Note - Last I heard he was warming the bench in Belgium. He was never Celtic class.}

I always thought Jack Hendry was good and composed with the ball at his feet but he was poor at basic defending.
Jack has only played 3 full games for his club this calendar year.

I never liked the look of him when he played for us at all Buzz and it's been proven that letting him go was the right decision for all parties. He's now got CL and international experience plus a league winner's medal in his back pocket.

He's had an issue with getting game time as a result of issues with his gaffer rather than form. Add him to the list of people who couldn't cope with the pressure of playing for Celtic.
