Guys the "constructive SFA talks" have already paid dividends with one of their own referees not getting picked for SPFL games on Sevco say so.
But we all know the REAL REASON for their SFA talks is the Derby game in February, the officials have all been warned NOT to give Celtic anything, they are getting worried we are closing the points gap and will resort to any underhand trick to gain an advantage.

{Ed007's Note - If you're talking about Clancy, Tim the refs for this midweek round of fixtures were appointed before the Aberdeen v TRIFC match.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Referee supervisor Crawford Allen doesn’t help himself, when he confirms the referee for the Glasgow Derby and then changes his mind.
Why did he do that and Why No explanation to the change.
On the SPFL website it’s still showing Bobby Madden will referee the Glasgow Derby on January 2nd.
The Glasgow Derby appointment will get confirmed before lunchtime tomorrow, along with the referee appointments for this weekend.
Basically we will know soon if Clancy has been dropped for Premiership games this weekend and next midweek.
I believe Crawford Allen has got to back Clancy, the way John Fleming refused to back Willie Collum back in 2019.

ED007 and Buzz I believe Hibs and I think Motherwell asked for a meeting with Mr Allen and basically were told there was no mechanism to grant such a face to face meeting yet Sevco were granted one immediately. There are rumours that Ian Bankier is "working behind the scenes" whatever that means, with the SFA, whereas Sevco make sure e everyone and their dog knows when they meet with SFA, it is about time our Board went about things more directly also.

{Ed007's Note - When did that happen with Hibs and Motherwell?}

ED007 your Irish friend with the 3 names mentioned it on his site.

{Ed007's Note - Oh well, it must be true then ?‍♂️

Just for sh*ts and giggles - what if there is no conspiracy lads? Or have I just started one?

I find it funny that the Sevco directors have severely overreacted because it shows they are struggling to handle the pressure.

It was the Scottish media rag The Daily Rectum who tried to make out that sevco had achieved some form of justice to appeal to the bottom dwellers A Red card and a sending off had them writing letters Could you imagine the outcry if 3 of their players being injured then taken off due to thuggish tackles? I have seen about 5 or 6 straight red card tackles yet not 1 was sent off. If some of our players stood upto it and dished it back out it's a certainty they would be red carded.

Buzz I don't come on often reason being you guys always blame the referee, grow balls, every team get decisions against them, move on .

{Ed007's Note - So out of everything we talk about on here you don't get involved because some posters talk about refs? Sorry we're not meeting your standards, maybe start threads about what you do want to talk about.
There's not many Celtic forums not talking about refereeing performances over the last few days so I hope you're saying the same on them.}
