Our first 6 league games after the winter break are against the top 6 clubs who currently occupy the first 7 places alongside Celtic in the league table.
Celtic will have 3 home and away league games each and also a Scottish Cup tie in the space of 23 days.
I'm still expecting Celtic to reduce the 6 point gap after a hard run of matches.
It would put Celtic in a good position leading into the last 12 league games, at the business end of the season.

Unfortunately I believe the early break, internationals and injury could make it very difficult to close that gap.
Again I think the gods have conspired against ange. we have strengthened the squad only to potentially loose them to international duty.
Hopefully I am wrong but the best version of celtic will be next season.

Hatate and Maeda won't be going Japan. We should have most injured players back and ready to resume so the winter break has been a bit of a blessing for us this time round so I'm hopeful of us rallying from here on in.

The Japanese lads won't be called up for those internationals, they're only considering players based in Japan.

It’s not been decided if the Japanese will call up overseas players for their World Cup Qualifiers.
They will miss the Dundee United and Sevco matches if they get called up.

Agree with Jungle John. Think this season is a step to far concerning the league. Next season will be Celtic at it's best. If everything pans out in this window we will hit the ground running in league and CL qualifying.

I don't think that's for all the international games Japan have coming up.
It certainly applies for the first games but unless C.V. rules apply they would miss hearts Dundee United and rangers. so will rogic.

2 games V Aberdeen and Celtic away could change the way it looks Aberdeen will give it 100% and we are more than capable of beating them with fit players/ new signings Let's hope it's with thousands of fans rather than the made up 500 magic number.

We can get the games rearranged if we are missing 4 players, I'm sure Sevco would demand it if they were missing a few players.

We're more than capable of making g up 6 points when you consider we've still to play SEVCO 3 times.
I believe we'll bring on one or two more signings during this window and with the players coming back from injury, we'll be even stronger ?

It's just for there friendly the Japan boss has said they'll be pulling players from all over for more important qualifiers.

Start of season did I think we could win the league? Course I did I always think that. Did I think we were a good team? Not really last season scunnered me cos individually we were a good squad bit poor as a team. This season more than any other I’ve seen as a fan has proved that a team isn’t about any individual it’s about the team. The team selection is similar to last season in that for different reasons it’s not settled it changes constantly. But this season we’re playing as a team. Players we all gave up on like ralston rogic Bitton have been superb. It’s all down to ange he must be a joy to work for. 4 Japanese signings all best players in there teams jump at the chance to play for him abroad out of their comfort zone. He’s special. And tho I’ve ranted reply to do I think we can close 6 point gap and win the league? F***n right I do ??.
