It's being suggested on the other side that the SPL needs 100% agreement between the clubs before break can be brought forward. Does anybody on here (Buzz) know what the rules are.

Any other vote is 75% majority of all the 4 leagues.

The SPL has either a 10/ 2 or 11/ 1 for a majority to carry.

I thought the Premiership clubs could vote against the plastic pitches whilst Kilmarnock were out of the top flight but it would only take One club ( Livingston ) to vote to keep the plastic pitches.
The Premiership clubs will need to wait until there’s no clubs with plastic pitches in the league, before the vote would get carried.

Ten Premiership want to bring forward the winter break and the Scottish media are reporting a 10-2 vote is enough to move the fixtures.
Although it will probably come down to Sky agreeing.

TRIFC and Ross County are holding out but apparently, as you've previously mentioned BuzzBomb, it would be down to Sly Sports agreeing.
