Did anyone see the penalty awarded against Celtic B in last nights Glasgow cup tie against Clyde unbelievable decision at least two yards outside the box.

The referee has mad a rip roaring eh mess of that.
If it happened outside the box it’s a free kick and a red card.
If it happened inside the box it’s a penalty and a yellow cars.
But they changed the rule 2 years ago penalty and red card wasn’t an option for him. Unless he is suggesting that it was a deliberate foul. Astounding really very poor.
