I think if there's going to be protest let's make them big and loud. The board have been a shambles, no forward thinking, always dragging out deals after 9 years of total domination in Scotland you would think we could hit the ground running when it comes to Europe but no same sh#t different season. the board need to know just how much the fans are demanding change in the way they operate, let the protest begin
Hail Hail.

I understand the Celtic fans are frustrated but having a protest before our first home match is wrong.
I think it’s unfair on our new manager and players.
If Celtic haven’t improved by November, then the fans can start protesting before our AGM in late November, to try and force change.
I also believe it doesn’t matter who is our current Chairman or who is on our board because they’re only following orders from Dermot Desmond.
Do you agree about DD, or do you think new board members will make a difference?

I don't think there will be much of a protest today if this Glasgow weather stays the same.

If it rains like it did around 6 last night game won't take place . unless we've got a water polo team.

Yeah going and standing outside a Stadium will make a lot of difference. What is their plan if they get board out. Trust dummy out because they didn't get free shares and a seat on the board. Backed up by the young team. Pathetic on the first game of the season. If there is 500 of them i will be suprised. HH.

This probably won't go down very well with a few on here but I think the demonstration is ridiculous.

People are saying that the board have stood still and not backed the manager, Yes Lawwell and DD made a mistake regarding Howe but Dom has backed Ange to the hilt so far and we will see more coming in.

So far we have signed 5 players that will go straight into the team in Abada, Hart, Starfelt, Kyogo and McCarthy and we will probably see another 3 or 4 in the coming weeks.
We have also signed Shaw, Urhoghide, Lawal and Dawson for the future.

Fair enough that the fans might not be happy with how Lawwell acted during transfers but Dom seems to be getting the business done, he also mentioned that he is going to overhaul all aspects of the club. Give the guy time to get the transfer business out of the way and then let's see what happens when the window is closed

Now is the time for total support and not daft demonstrations.

These protests are a waste of time. After the last protests it is obvious that the board are not listening.

If they do protest let’s hope it is civil and not like the previous ones.

Hail Hail

Protests now ain't going to help anything. Maybe a few banners or something to let the board know but on the whole fans should be happy to get back in and support the team for their first home game of the season. Signings will come, If it's true we're after Itakura then that's obviously been held up from the Olympics and will kick on now that's all over. The RB seems to be the only hold up, if it's wages or we've changed our mind on him who knows. Fans on here seem to think Buta is another Boli so I'd rather we took our time and got someone in better if that's the case than buying someone for the sake of it.

That was an excellent reply Jonbhoy. 👍.

08 Aug 2021 13:45:35
Pointless, meaningless, waste of time.

08 Aug 2021 13:48:06
Couldn't agree more Jonbhoy71. First home game and chance to cheer team on.

08 Aug 2021 14:04:57
they will cheer the team on, that's how the demonstration is before the game, whether we agree or not you have to respect that some supporters have different opinions on matters. and by the way I'm not saying i agree with the protests I'm saying its just the way it is.
