When I look again at the starting line up for last night's game, realistically there are 4 players in the team who should be on the bench.
McCarthy would replace Soro but we need players signed for the positions that Bitton, Ralston and Taylor played in.

starfelt will need to improve i hope its just adjusting to a new team but he doesn't look better than our young lads.

Starfelt is trying to adjust to a new club, teammates and environment and has played in front of 2 different 'keepers and a makeshift defense and needs games with a settled and confident backline.

Maybe I’m a dodgy judge, but Soro looks a good player to me, with potential to be very good. I think Turnbull is also a good player, but he looked a bit off it last night. The skipper is a class act. Ralston has a big heart but I don’t think he’s got enough football about him to be a Celtic fullback. Taylor was beaten for pace a few times, which surprised me. I think we need a real leader at centre half.

Any thoughts on Ralston playing at CB? He seems quite a physical player when I have seen him. He definitely plays for the jersey and would give everything for Celtic.

Turnbull is not on his game either, seems to be struggling with extra work being asked. Christie in long before him tbh.

Starfelt is being pulled out to the wings as taylor is gone AWAL. I can't believe people think we need to replace him. The guy played 2 games for god sake. Along side Bitton who is brutal, taylor who can't get back to cover. So what if Hart concedes next we will be looking for a new keeper. Watch a see how many header he wins something Bitton never does!

of course your correct ed, in fact i know that in my brain but i'm just so desperate for the new guy's to do well and stuff the bragging that the gers are spitting out back down their throats i've become very impatient, sorry.
