I have been thinking about this since last night and I maybe over reacting a bit, but maybe us not playing in Europe at all this season may actually be a good thing, it will give time for Ange to bed his squad in and not having to worry about Europe for this season and give us a full tilt at trying to regain the league.

Derogatory calm down. He done nothing to change that game last night. He can moan all he wants about transfers. Still doesn't take away from the fact he played inverted fullbacks with Taylor/ Ralston. He still watched Eddie do nothing and didn't change it. He watched the midfield get run over and never changed it. Good manager see problems and react.

You can't judge the guy till it's his team that he builds. He needs backing which McKay said would happen. The league is our main priority this season.

You should calm down. Who else could have he played if he did not play Taylor and Ralston. I cannot remember us signing any new full backs. If he had taken Eddy off you probably would have slaughtered him for doing that.

Although he had no choice, playing a back four of that standard in a competitive game let alone a champions league qualifier, for a club of Glasgow Celtic's stature, is criminal as well as embarrassing. For four years on the trot now, we've witnessed the same old scenario. Negative pre-planning every season. If there's communication between staff and board, do the board actually take it aboard. As someone has said earlier, we like to think of ourselves as a champions league club. Not any more sadly. This situation has to be addressed, or we'll be in this situation forevermore.

I think what Auf means by inverted is the full backs were playing too central at times, which I agree with, our full back were far to narrow at times which I don't understand the reason why. Maybe they were dropping in to cover the press from Welsh and Murray?

Auf who could of been brought on that would of made a difference, who would you have brought on that would of changed the game? Ajeti came on done hee haw. It was clear he didn't make changes cause he obviously knew they wouldn't have mad a difference, which they didn't. People need to get a grip, was a bad result but doesn't sit at the managers door for me! This is purely on the board for not moving faster in the market, every Celtic fan and their granny knew what needed to happen at Celtic this year, Ange knew what needed to be done with regards to players coming, only people that thought we had enough for the game were the board, isn't the first time they have let a manager down.

That's the problem we don't have any game changers in our subs no one who can make a huge impact when we need it. It's not Ange fault that we are in this position it's all done to the board and they need to be held accountable.

Your all missing the point. Aussie Mowbray has one system. No good manager just sticks with 1 plan.
He's trying to get poor fullbacks doing a job they can't do. Football is about putting a team out to do a job with the tools you have.
He could have through Ajeti up front with Eddie. Could went to a back 3/ 5. He could have shored up the midfield. He done nothing. Extra time was the worse football Celtic have played for year's and i include last season in it. Good managers have more than 1 trick in there locker.
We were better than them over 180 minutes (so players not his are irrelevant) but when we needed help from the sideline we had nothing.

To name call our manager after a couple of games is disgraceful.
I don’t want to read on here, our fans name calling Ange, get a grip.
I don’t understand how you can say Ange is a one trick pony.
He changed the system in Extra Time and put two up front.
I felt Celtic controlled large parts of the midfield in the 90 minutes last night but I admit our squad should be fitter and hopefully they will get fitter over time.

Totally agree with you. It looks like this guy Auf1888 is a very sad person. Looks like he is the type of person who is never happy with anything.
Let’s hope that we can ram his disgraceful comments down his throat when Ange signs the players he wants and turns things around, which I am sure he will.
