With ajer a cert to leave and saying we get the young croat that will leave us with, Welsh julien the Croat boy from SW and can young Shaw not play there as well and the young cb we loaned to RC.
Rb and lb needed along with a keeper a winger and prob another striker, time is of the essence.

To be fair Mally I think Ange is moving quite fast in the market. I can't see another Striker coming in unless Edouard, Ajeti or Bayo leaves. Do we think Shved will get a fresh start?

I’m surprised a club from one of the top leagues throughout Europe are not trying to sign Kris Ajer.
He is too good for the English Championship and if Norwich do sign he, they will have won a watch.
{Ed007's Note - Norwich got promoted to the Pub League last season, Buzz. There's plenty of interest in Ajer across Europe but Celtic's price has surprised the clubs that thought they could him on the cheap

If Celtic get offered between £12 and £15 million, for Ajer, that might be the amount of money to sell him.

I'd hold for as long as possible around the £15 million mark but he's in his last year so I think we'd accept 12.5 plus add ons. He's a young 23 year old Norwegian international, with some European experience over 250 professional games. He was our most reliable player last season. I think in a similar mould to VVD just need a bit more logical decision making.
I'm glad we are looking to bring in a young quick defence but I still think there needs to be a wiser head with experience to lead at the back. I think julien is half decent but he can get lost in a physical game. I wonder if we are looking for one? Would sviatchenko be that guy?

Ed, I've been surprised at the calibre of clubs linked with a move for Ajer if I'm honest. I'd imagine he probably has too. Names like Milan and Leverkusen seem to have fallen way behind Norwich who could very easily go straight back down. That would be a big risk for him to take imo.

Aye that makes sense. Even if they got relegated but he performed well he might still get a better move next summer.

Someone else here may know but could we just not accept say £10million but include a sell on option .
Let’s be honest, once he plays down there his valuation
Will be 30-40 million after a season, I know it sounds funny but that’s the going rate for players down there.
If as expected Norwich go down, they will sell off a few of the better players to start again.

Cannot believe that Ajer is getting compared to VVD. That is an insult to VVD. Ajer showed his true colours in the last game at Ibrox. Him and Edouard should be nowhere near the pre-season training / games as they certainly don’t want to be at the club. He certainly will not be a miss.

I hope Shved get a chance. He's class and was totally mismanaged and fecked about. Get him 9maying and he's a real asset with goals in him. Much better than Johnstone who is too slight and never off the treatment table. Get yiur arm around him Ange and show him. he's wanted.
