One for the younger guys on here that are only used to seeing players react to the slightest touch of a tackle by thrashing about on the ground trying to get opponents sent off. Take a look at this:

Now wee Bertie Auld on the other hand would have waited until play was up the other end and ref looking elsewhere then BLOOTERED the guy, I remember him doing that against the kickers of Racing in the World Club Final.

That was Imobile. I’ve got a wee bet on him from the start of the comp and i got 33/ 1 on him. Really good player but that was embarrassing.

The Euro's have been shocking for players throwing themselves about and I'm not just saying this but England as a team have been one of the worst.
Also if you think the Euro's have been bad have a look at the Copa America, the players spend more time on the ground than touching the ball.

In a friendly against an Italian team ( Canada 68 I think after getting kicked Steve charmers the guy full length of pitch coward threw himself to ground and Steve started punching him before players stopped him ) hh.

Yes the carry on after a tackle is rediculous and embarrassing to say the least! I wonder how much of the play acting delayed medics getting on to the Danish fellow? I know they got there very quick but delays for things like that can have catastrophic effects! I always think of the boy who cries wolf scenario! I thought it may have been a wee bit of a woe up call to players to quit the dramatic but no! I guess what they say what thought thoughts is true!
