I read online an interview from one of the Japanese players at Postecoglou's old club in which he said "when the manager came in it took all the players a while to cope with his very high intensity training, but it made us all not only much fitter but better players, so much so I credit him with helping me gain my first cap with Japan"
After Lennon and Kennedy this is EXACTLY what we need the whole team able to run and compete for 90 or 120 minutes.
This will be a culture shock for some of our lazier players last season.

Rogic will pick up a injury just thinking about it.

Seriously I can see a few of them getting injuries - using muscles that have been in hibernation for a year. I remember when RD first came and he had similar philosophy on fitness, health and stamina and the 'Commons denominator' and his posse, rocked the boat no-end. That's why we need a clean sweep of players and technical staff to expel the bad habits and the 'That's not what we used to do boss'. Really hoping this new appointment is a breath of fresh air and the return to the high standards that were always essential at Celtic.

I'll sound like a broken record here but that's exactly what Ronny came in planning to do, I'm hoping Ange has a better time getting the players to accept the "eat and train like an athlete" stuff.

Lack of fitness contributes to injuries and the fitness levels after Lennon took over clearly dropped as expected.
I'm not saying this will make Rogic injury free but hopefully a new training regime improves his injury record. Last chance saloon with him for me.

I think that we will see a different Tom Rogic next season.

Hail Hail 🍀🍀🍀.

Rogic has been an imposter at CP stealing a wage for the past 7 years.

I'm still hoping we punt him in this transfer window as this joker can't even run.

I remember nakamura once talking about a one off can of diet irn bru like it was a takeaway and a carry out before training.

As we have all heard about anges supposed training regime, how did rogic manage it when he played for him at international level, he’s never been able to get 90 mins of work out of him.

Pedro

Did you call him an imposter when he scored the winner in the Cup Final against Aberdeen.

Very short memory!

Hail Hail
🍀🍀🍀.

{Ed007's Note - Is that it? One Hollywood moment out of a player that's due a testimonial next season? Just over 200 apps in that time and a goal about every 5 games, if Rogic had applied himself and put a shift in he would and should have been a fantastic player but he's basically an Oz Paddy McCourt.
His goal in the SC Final is up there with Tony Watt's against Barca, but then what??
