Lewis Ferguson had 4 great chances last night and thankfully he only scored one goal.
He's turned into a bit if an all rounder because I always thought he was more of a defensive midfielder.
Last night showed he can burn the candle at both ends.
Ferguson is also a danger in the air and that is a bonus for a midfield player.
The big stumbling block would be that he has 3 more years left on his contract and I think it would take at least £5 million to get Aberdeen round the table.
We seen how much Aberdeen dug their heels in with big McKenna.
I would rather Celtic signed a young and determined Lewis Ferguson, instead of taking a chance on another foreign project.
Soro will still do a job for Celtic but we need to build a squad good enough to win the title back and also compete in Europe.
I think Celtic should get in there first before our city rivals buy him.
Would you want Celtic to buy Lewis Ferguson and if so, what's the most you would expect Celtic to pay to get him?

100% would love to sign ferguson. I have said it on here more than once. The lad is a quality player and has a lot of experience in the spfl. Would be a great addition for us.

I've been calling for us to sign Ferguson for a while (as you'll know) and I also think we could do a lot worse than getting Campbell from Motherwell at the same time.
Like you, I'd rather we bought young Scottish players who are already performing well, playing first team football and can be developed, than your Shved's etc of this world.

LiamLennon i think I read something about sevco have to sell players this summer. £23m they have to raise to pay back loans etc.
I think he would be an ideal signing for us and reckon he would link up well with Turnbull. If he is £5m, then pay it.

I’ve only got round to watching the BBC highlights and Ferguson had another good header at the start of the game, I hadn’t counted.
Ferguson also cleared a certain Christie goal off the line.
Poor coverage from the BBC for not showing and debating the Edouard off side goal on the stroke of half time.

I know his uncle Barry said the boy wouldn't have any issues with signing for us but I see him going to Sevco in the summer.

The lad Alan Campbell from Motherwell and Lewis Ferguson would be good additions to our midfield .

I've been saying all season buzz we should sign Ferguson, I like his energy and battling qualities and he is now pitching in with a few goals. I said we should sign him and Doig or Hickey only 2 weeks ago and got bombarded with the usual, he is nowhere near good enough for us. Which I disagree with, I think we can get home a bit cheaper and possibly use someone from our squad as a sweetener. Definitely get him signed up in my opinion.
