How much P*** can a club come out with THEY SEE LENNY AND THE BACK ROOM STAFF THE BEST PEOPLE TO TAKE US FORWARD . I guess they haven't seen the league table I guess they haven't seen the performances on the pitch I wish I could get some of the stuff that they are on.

Although it’s still in our own hands,
The board have left it too late and should be ashamed.
The small consolation now is getting the next appointment right.

Looks like we are stuck with him for the season. I love the way lennon keeps saying the players have lost confidence in themselves or their team mates but never mentions they may have lost confidence in him. This is like a recurring bad dream.

Blind faith. The board are culpable of gross mismanagement. The GB have every right to up their protests, even though the board will dig in. NL may see the damage he brings if he stays, hopefully he will do the decent thing.

TinyTim bang on. The one line in Celtics statement that resonated with me was staying true to our ‘values’ with respect to how Neil Lennon should be treated. The ‘protesters’ and many on here couldn’t spell values. They know the price of everything and the value of feck all. Free the Parkhead Two? Naw feckn slap the Parkhead two.
{Ed007's Note - I've been saying it for weeks, JFP - people probably expected me to be on here gloating and giving it the Big I Am because of my feelings about Lennon and his appointment - but a huge portion of the blame for our current predicament lies with the players.
Where's their pride in playing in a Celtic jersey, their pride in the Club and chance to make even more history that will NEVER be bettered except by ourselves continuing to dominate? Where's the fight, passion and pride for the support that have backed them to the hilt and helped make them millionaires and finally where the Hell is their professional pride?

It has nothing to do with only being happy when we are winning, have you seen the performances, we are totally clueless there is no plan B, once we lose a goal there is no plan to change, as much as I hate Rodgers he had a plan ab, c, d he moved things around during the game small things that changed the bigger picture, Lennon does his tactics and leaves the players too it. When he makes subs it's usually too late. He never does the small changes. The man is a tactical moron. He should have been sacked weeks ago. The board will see the disappointment in the fans when the merch sales are down at Christmas or season tickets don't get sold. They have made a rod for their own backs and I hope they can sleep at night after the statement tonight.

A few bad results tiny Tim! 2 wins in 12 isn’t a few! Sheer and utter delusion by the way! On our worse run since the 50s, out of 3 competitions before Xmas, no make that 4 because the league is gone! 8-2 over 2 games to Sparta, embarrassing against the currants with no shots at goal! Nearly 30 goals conceded in 12 games, on course for the worse EL goals against record ever! Not won at Celtic park since September! Manager admitting the players lack fitness, imagination, desire, confidence, hunger! But u keep up the burying the head in the sand! Said on here before that Lennon being hounded is it out of order. but after this he’s done in my eyes. can’t wait to see the back of him!
{Ed007's Note - Serious question and not just to you, Danny. See at the start of the season all that mattered was 10IAR and that was widely accepted by everyone so what difference does it make how many competitions we're out of?

ED come on tae f**k mate! Aye 10iar was the main priority. but getting humiliated in Europe and put out of 3 competitions before December cannot be dismissed! Anyone who can seriously sit back and make some sort of argument for Lennon is suffering from severe delusion! Our record is absolutely atrocious! Not won at Celtic park since September! On 6 game winless run at home. I could go on and on! Yes the 10 was the holy grail, but that’s gone tae! So why is he still here! If anyone still thinks Lennon is the man to manage us then I’m lost for words! So staggering.

ED there is no way we can get spanked by teams like Sparta and still have confidence for league games. yes we got pumped off the elite clubs but they are miles away from Sparta Prague!
