The fans have been told the Chief Exec, Major Shareholder and the Manager have had a meeting. Its been agreed apparently that everyone is united and the Manager has full support. No reason to disbelieve this. However. where is the statement from the Chief Exec, Dermot Desmond or the Chairman, or indeed a board member or anyone in authority at the Club? We only know because Neil Lennon told us which is not really fair. Why are the board not coming out and making an announcement? It was the same with the Boli Bolingoli incident earlier this season. Neil Lennon was left to front-up. It’s not credible.

Isn't one statement enough?, is it like NL comes out with a statement saying such and such, then you expect PL to come with another statement saying, just in case you think NL is lying, I fully endorse what NL has just said, and then DD comes out later on, just to make it totally clear, I have to say that NL and PL weren't lying, because it's the truth.

They are quick of the mark when condemning the GB. Get all the pyromaniacs outside the ground and a statement would be out in minutes yet when it comes to the club in freefall at an alarming rate everything's fine and we carry on as normal.

The silence is deafening and tells you all you need to know about PL and the board. happy to grandstand with new announcements sponsorship, player signing, laugh at other clubs "boumsong £9m from an unidentified club in an unidentified galaxy" but not to be seen fronting up during a rough spell. If you back him come out and say so and let's get on with it.

I am no fan of lawell or Desmond for that fact! For me lawells days are numbered! And if it’s true he’s leaving in June i for one am delighted! But to think anyone from the boardroom will publicly come out and back the manager is naive at best! Look through the history of football and it’s very rare that anybody with power at a football club will publicly back the manager, especially at bigger clubs! They’ve put it out through their lackeys in the media! Do I agree with that? Hell no! But none of these sh**e bags in power will stick their necks out by publicly backing the manager! It’s the way it’s done by these cants! By backing Lennon lawell and Desmond have signed up for the dogs abuse they will receive when this gets worse, which it will! And it will hopefully mean we see the back of lawell!

Who’s asking for multiple statements aindoh? The post was about the board hanging Neil Lennon out to dry. Why yesterday of all days, was the only person we heard from, Neil Lennon? I want to know what the Celtic decision makers are thinking. Nobody is suggesting Neil is not telling truth but with respect to Neil Lennon I want to hear from PL, DD etc. They haven’t done him any favours yesterday. Maybe that was the point but the fans aren’t stupid.
