I like his honesty and no nonsense attitude, but his man-management can be blunt, abrasive and even confrontational - however some of that can be said about NL. Perhaps if it is to be Keane; he could welcome MON as a director of football as part of his management team?

I’m serious when i say, I would rather keep Neil Lennon than go anywhere near Roy Keane! Loved Keane as a player and he’s a good pundit! But naw naw and naw again as a fkn manager!
