It’s still a disgrace that the SFA started the lie by forming the 5 Way Agreement to label them the same club.
The answer is in the 5 Way Agreement.
Sevco Scotland and Rangers Football Club are 2 separate organisations out of 5 which help form the 5 Way Agreement.
It’s in black and white and yet Scottish Football have turned a blind eye,
As if Sevco Scotland is a figure of our imagination and doesn’t exist.

There’s still some Sevco fans who like to believe that Sevco Scotland is the company and it was only the company that went into liquidation.
Rangers Football Club only had one entity and it’s going through liquidation.
Sevco Scotland started the club who changed its name to ‘The Rangers’
And it was only then that they started up a brand new company.
How’s it possible for Sevco Scotland to win 2-0 at Clyde on the Saturday back in 2012 and then for Rangers Football Club to enter their liquidation process 3 days later?
The SFA also contradicted themselves back in 2012 when it came to the league cup seeding.
Celtic were seeded number 1 because we won the league the previous season.
Sevco Scotland were the bottom of all the unseeded clubs because they were a new club.
If they were the same club they would’ve been seeded number 2 because they finished 2nd in the league in 2011/ 12 season.
I laugh when they class the SFA as the enemy.
The SFA first lied for them to UEFA regarding taxes owed in the Res.12
And it was the SFA that first started this lie that they’re the same club.
It’s been one scandal after another these last 20 years
And the SFA have allowed it to happen.
Like they are presently doing the same by refusing to have a Scottish Football,
Financial Fair Play system.
Which would stop one club from building more debt than every other Scottish Football Club combined on an annual basis.

The SFA, SPFL and Scottish Government have all contributed to The Greatest Lie Ever Told. However, many Scottish clubs are also to blame (and I include Celtic) for refusing to speak-up or even ask pertinent questions and also for not raising the issue of the lack of a National financial fair play body. I used to think Italy had the most corrupt football environment; but Scotland takes the shortbread.

Buzz Bomb with sevco its been one contradicting statement after another. Even Donald Findlay has stated sevco are a new club and he is as staunch as they come lol
Its only a matter of time before UEFA steps in with the continuous conversion of debt to shares. Added to that the level of debt they have converted, exceeds the valuation of their club. They are cheating again as they are effectively paying back investors a fraction of what they invested, in the form of shares. Its a way around rules regarding directors bank rolling clubs and how they are repaid.
Why this has not been picked up yet is astounding.
