Lennon has the look of a beaten man, wonder who will get blame for todays result. He is Too stubborn to walk, but surely he now knows its time to go before he ruins anymore of his legacy at parkhead. I think NL got it right today in terms of line up and substitutions
Ultimately, it may be that he can't motivate players to work harder . who knows . but if true . then yes we need a change
Players however are letting a lot of people down with their indifferent half hearted displays.
