Get beat of Milan he has to go? Seriously? I'd be more concerned about the tough run of league fixtures on the way than the Europa.

Have many great European memories over the decades, but I'm still rattled after Saturday and right now Europe means very little, until we get our domestic form and performances back to our best.
Two games against Aberdeen in a week are much more important in my opinion - as is sorting out our internal issues and problems.

Europe means nothing now, only the 10 should be the principle focus. The manager needs to make changes, that is evident, he has had to deal with 4 players who have had an unsettling and detrimental effect on the whole side for a few months, you can say all you want about tactics but if those first team players who are supposed to play out the game based on the managers instructions don’t lift a leg on the pitch then we have a problem which the manager has to manage from now. He needs to ring the changes, get some minutes into the younger ones and let the pace and guile of Soro, Turnbull, McGregor and James Forest when he’s ready do the work. The Griff is still our best goal scorer and get him with Ajeti or Klimala, give Eddy a final warning and tell him he’s not being sold in Jan but he can get to —— at the end of the season. Nitcham, Christie and Ajer can go in Jan with the funds used to buy ready made footballers. The Manager has to be the buck stops here man, but he can’t take all the blame in blind criticism.
