Not to bad a window.
Imo
Good signing last night.
Is the new lad up and ready to go I hope so we have no time left to break people in.
Laxalt ( straight in )
Burkas ( straight in )
Moi. ( Straight in )
Ajeti ( just about )
Duffy ( straight in )
Turnbull ( just about )
Klamilla. (strait in imo)

Goodness how do we pick the team. That's nearly a full team Lenny has brought in so all in all a gd window.
January worried me a little as if we are doing well maybe a few Wil be off but summer defiantly summer it will be Al about profit so I see a few big sales.
I want Griff and klamilla up front eddy and ajeti subs fight for position.
Just a we side note that Charlie Nicolas again criticising Celtic it been one of our better windows. It's like his bitterness rips right out of him. ( Celtic need to take him to task )

There are a lot of players in the first team squad and who won't be playing a lot so it's all down to NL to keep them happy. Rather him than me tbh.

Good luck with that Lenny.
Ye he has his work cut out.
Let's see how it pans out. Most of our players are playing for there country fingers crossed no injuries 😣 and raring to go against the team who have win nothing in 9 years.

Work cut out? It should make the job easier. Having a competetive squad is a manager's dream. If he can't field a strong, motivated XI every game that's his problem.

How does it make the job easier?, how do you keep talented players happy and motivated, when they are not involved in the first team every week, I think it makes a managers job a lot harder .

06 Oct 2020 12:38:36
So it was best for the manager we sign nobody Aindoh aye? Keep trying.

06 Oct 2020 12:59:17
I agree with Aindoh on this. If we had players who were unhappy before the window, how will he keep them happy now that we have extra players in every position. It’s a very good problem to have but if we bring in 7 new players of which 5 go straight into the 1st team (which is what we have been crying out for) it would be difficult for a good “man manager” to deal with never mind Lennon.

It makes it harder imo as the restlessness of our key players is shocking they know what is at stake yet they can't cope Celtic improved them made them current they are now getting noticed over the world.
But now there is competition we will soon see how bad they want there big buck moves it's up to them now.
Lenny has juggling to do to keep them all happy big personalities in there. Do if they bring there A game they will get big money moves in the summer.

Aindoh, you have that wrong . I sorta know what you mean, but decent squad with people biting at other's heels is a good thing in the round.

You keep players happy and motivated by ensuring that it's performances (both on the pitch and in training) that get you a game, or keep you in the side. If NL puts the best team available on the park then we should be successful domestically. On paper we have the best squad by a mile. It's down to NL to orchestrate things. If players are unfairly being left out then that's down to one man. Bit come the end of the season, if we've won the league, and maybe a cup, and players aren't happy - yet haven't performed or deservedly worked their way into the side - then who really gives a f*ck?
