It looks like the manager has a problem with 3 double acts and trying to squeeze as many of the 6 players into a formation is what he is trying to do. Forrest or Ping-Pong? Christie or Nchamp? Eddie or Ajeti or both? Personally I believe he can fix the Nchamp/ Christie dilemma by resting his captain and playing both. The striker conundrum is easily solved by a 352 formation which makes sense, getting 2 of our best players on the pitch together. Forrest/ pingpong is more difficult and I think he should just play the form player with the other keeping him on his toes. That doesn't bring into play the LWB issue and that has to be resolved by buying someone as its the only position we don't have covered. I don't think Taylor is bad wee player at left back but he is never a wing back and we simply don't have one as playing Forest there is just square pegs in round holes and against decent opposition will be exploited. Up to PL to get the finger out and fill that position and for Lennon to step up to the plate and start making some big decisions. IE dropping Brown and seeing how we play. IMO we will be a far more dynamic team.

I agree with your post. As much as I love Brown, Lennon needs to give Ntcham more consistent playing time. Also, Taylor is definitely not a wing back, and he looks quite uncomfortable as times. In my opinion, it is now time to start the respectful phasing out of Scott Brown in the center of midfield. We have young promising talents that need a chance to flourish.

I've not seen ping pong yet, is he any good?
