Ntcham's must have run 100 mile he was everywhere amazing display today and there was Broony just watching. That's the problem betony can't get in the game if ntcham and calmac do all the work. But if we go two up front this is what we are going to get the tempo is to high for broony now and it's starting to show.

what game were you watching?

No Celtic player has played on and on past his best in the eyes of some players like Brown . Season after season it has been starting to look that Brown’s legs are gone. I suppose if you keep on saying it eventually you will be right. I think our biggest problems today were Duffy’s lack of match fitness and our back 3 not use to playing together .
I was delighted with Ajer with Julien right behind him scoring from a few yds out . To me that shows Ajer’s ability and determination to do play well for Celtic . If and when he leaves we will have to remember him as one of our great young players . He is still a BHOY.

Got to say - and I worry about Broony these days - he held the defense together, while big Shane tried to settle in to his new team and system, while Jullien and Ajer were also having some problems coping with crosses and through-balls.
I appreciate the 'blend' is not quite right as we rarely see the best of Cal-Mac and Ntcham when Brown is in the same side - like today we saw very little of Cal-Mac - however we need to find the right balance; especially with Christie, Turnbull, Soro and even Rogic (when fit) , ready to contribute.
I really think NL can't see a Celtic team without Broony because of his experience, influence and presence; but it's going to happen soon because of his age and demands of our club.
Cal-Mac is the natural successor in that role, but maybe lacks the bite and aggression of the current Captain.
On the plus side, we have so many attacking options, it's maybe a case of outscoring opponents every game to ensure dominance?

Weird a thought Ntcham wasn’t the greatest and brown was 1 of our best players for an hour or so.
Also why is Duffy not in the centre of the back 3?

Brown never put a foot wrong and Ntcham was brutal again.

brown was fantastic, i agree campsie for me duffy should be centre of back 3,maybe he prefers the ball playing CB in the middle?

I kinda thought that Ntcham wasn't great tbh. Happy enough with Duffy especially his commitment and thankfully Polish Paddy put the 2nd chance in. confidence booster. Let's be honest we'd all have taken half that away before the game. Room to improve. Yes. Happy tonight. Absolutely. A good weekend to one and all. 🦊.

Thought nitcham’s close control in tight spaces was really good, but to soft in the tackles and his passing was suspect at times. just don’t see how Scott brown can come in for any criticism, thought he played really well today.

Ntcham and Ajer are like Rogic and Simunovic. Except for the Injurues too many lacklustre games only producing top quality once or twice a season.
Ajer lacks the concentration levels of a great defender and Ntcham saves hisbest games for Celtic park.

If they were considered that great there would be aqueue of clubs linked with them.
Julien seems to be suffering from second season syndrome and i wonder if when he will return to form
We need a left sided central defender Omar Colley perhaps but only on loan we don't want to get stuck with someone of his age if he turns out to be another Juarez or Graveson.

I also thought broony had a decent game. Yes his legs maybe not what they once were but he can read the game well especially domestically therefor knows where to be. I remember years ago watching lennon in his last season thinking” we need to take him out the team he’s done” following season you realise just how big a player he was and how much he done during a game.

Browns career will come to an end sooner rather than later but I wouldn’t be clambering to ditch him just yet, still has a helluva lot to offer in the spfl.

Ntcham done what he always does and that’s flatter to deceive! Couple of nice turns here and there but not in the game even nearly enough! I’ve always said he’s a talented lad, but he fascination with him I will never get! Give me a Young hungry Scot like turnbull everyday of the week! For me turnbull will sooner rather than later replace ntcham in the team!

Was hoping ajer would play on right hh.

Ntcham's too broad and muscular to play the type of flowing football the team is best at. He spends too much time gathering himself once the ball's passed to him and he's too slow of thought for the fast one-two's and counter attacks. In some of the slower EPL games he would be in his element but not at Parkhead. With him and the ever slowing Brown the team's proactivity isn't getting the chance to breathe.

Lads so harsh on ntcham he had the ball so much more than most players I think he was everywhere and wanting the ball same with calmac but he was quiet yesterday. I want Broony to pass better his simple passing was bad yesterday and lost his way quit a bit.
