So the team lenny picked was the team that we all picked apart from eddy being injured. so with ajeti not fit enough and griif doing his usual what was he to do. This result is down to the players not the manager. they were well within themselves to win this game. horrendous defending from players we all like julien and elhamed. how the eff is that lennys fault.

Klimala is fit and stayed on the bench we are losing 2-1 and he brings frimpong on which is fine if he brings on another striker too and went to 2 up top the more I think about this the more I think lennon has to go. His tactics are rotten. A home game against A ok team and we don't have a CF up front what is the matter with Lenny does he want us pumped out of Europe.

Sorry mally the blame lies with Lennon. No strikers? If eddy is injured then we play Klimala or Ajeti. His substitutions are baffling and once again he got it all wrong in a game we should have won comfortably.

Problem we have is big julien is totally lacking in confidence/ form should be dropped but we have no one to replace him, it happens to players bad form or mistakes they get dropped and come back stronger, but we don't have the option to do that. Thought we had enough chances tonight i think with a striker on the pitch they would of finished one of those cross balls because that's natural to them. A striker should of started even give them a half each if there lacking match fitness, lenny has to take some blame but no real drive with the players on the pitch.

Mally the manager must look at the game and outhink his opponent, and he simply hasn't.
Ajer and Jullien as a pairing scare the life out of me.
But this has to go down to the tight fisted board not backing the manager as I'm sure he will have had players requested to be brought in for certain positions and they have simply failed him, the greedy persons won't put the cash on the table to improve the team, and the result is no CL money, which from a business point of view is utterly shocking.
We aren't CL quality, no where near, yet the revenue provides opportunities to strengthen the team and attract better players.
This has made it almost certain that Eddy will leave and that the money will not be reinvested as it should be.
The board have blind sided us for long enough by keeping the blinkers on and the focus of 10IAR.
I have no interest what so ever in Uefa Cup, I think we shouldn't even get the chance to play in the tournament as both the CL and Uefa Cup should have separate teams entered in and never cross over from CL to uefa after being knocked out.
So Lennon play the u21s in the uefa Cup ties and focus only on the league as that is the only trophy anyone will remember you by.

I’d start with the fact lennon signed a good part of them. Year after year we constantly bang on about strengthening the defence and what’s Lennons answer “ let's go sign another midfielder or another strikerâ€. Absolutely screaming out for a LB, especially if he’s wanting to play with Wing backs because Taylor isn’t that man. Final ball isn’t good enough and the boy can’t take the man on. Screaming out for a no nonsense CB. Yes u can’t legislate for piss poor defending . We’ve 4 strikers at the club and not 1 according to lennon is match fit, who’s fault is that? Taking ajeti aside, for me griffiths has let celtic down once too many times now, and as for klimala, how can this lad not be fit, he’s went away baulked up and has scored a few goals already so again if he’s no fit how far away is he? Lennons came out tonight and questions players wanting to be there. Wonder if Forrest was one as how he lasted 75 minutes is beyond me. Lennon can blame the players all he likes but he isn’t beyond scrutiny either. yet another shambolic European result. He has to take responsibility aswell.

cause playing a game with 11 on each side is about shape, form and position as much as individual talent? and cause that--rather than tackling, shooting, passing--is the coach/ manager's job?

Lenny has no clue. Brenda is a rat but with him in charge we would have won tonight. He would have been decisive. Instead of sitting waiting. Would have gone to pens if they hadn't scored. Lenny has bot a clue how to change a game. Disgrace!

How can Lennon say that Klimala isn't match fit when he never plays the boy?
He could have played Klimala for 45-60 mins then brought Ajeti on for the end of the game.
Something is going on inside the club if Lennon won't play certain player but keep playing Brown and Forrest who were brutal.
Forrest knows with Lennon in charge that he doesn't need to even try.
Also for Lennon to come out and say "some players don't want to be here and they should leave" but when asked about the quote he says "in some cases"
He is out his depth and that quote was pathetic especially after his team lineup and then he couldn't use the bench to change it

The players don't come out of this well at all; just like most did at Tannadyce and Kilmarnock and our sloppy defense is criminal.
There are also some who think they are better than they are.
However, every manager has got to carry the can as the buck always stops there - Players don't get sacked.
His tardy substitutions are legendary and sometimes the choice of who comes off also causes some debate to say the least.
The situation where, out of FOUR recognised strikers - not ONE was fit or able can't just be bad luck, but we'll never know for sure?
Then we have The person responsible for signing unfit players - or failing to address quality and positional gaps that need filled at the most crucial time of the season, when there's big-money to be earned to appease the bank, keep our best and attract better players for what is apparently our biggest season for decades.
Another small point that may or may not have made any difference; Why do we release players like Simo. Rogic, and Hayes for example without having better replacements in the door first?

I tell you give Brown a rest, and everything will move on, others will step up to the plate, he doesn't mean to, but his very presence in the team stifles others creativity, he is the big brother looking over the younger ones shoulders, he has to get the ball, because, well he is the boss, they can't express themselves, incase they incur his wrath, maybe the Fast Show can make a sketch out of it.

RC over expresses himself every game, sweating on a move that lad, he thinks he's a world beater but the chances he gets if he finished half of them he'd be sold for 30m but he simply can't.

The stats were awesome and I’m aware stats don’t win games but we played well the players looked well coached and motivated just individual errors and judgement cost us not Lennon!
