Griffiths wasn't even in squad and kept away from rest of team minute his party was exposed.
Bolongoli never said anything to anyone at club about going to Spain and only reason he was in squad for game was because he decepted club into leading them to believe he was eligible to play. At what point is this clubs fault? The only person at fault is bolongoli.
Also all bets are off it was a sevconian who took the photo in hope we would be docked points. Reason this will be the case is anyone with a genuine concern about CV would of contacted club to express concern and prevent situation.

It’s 100% bolingoli’s fault, absolutely no question but what I would like the club to do now is demand every one of the players passports therefor denying any reoccurrence, that said surely after this no player in the squad would be as stupid to do the same thing.

Deep river bhoy away you go! You cannot punish club for carrying out all procedures by the book and after Aberdeen players night out, strongly emphasising the importance of adhering to all the rules set out.
What else can club do? Hire a fleet of babysitters to watch over each player on their days off?

Controversially, i think this could be the rocket fuel ( siege mentality effect) that we need to drive forward as the 10iar won't be delivered by the board flexing their financial muscle. Unless mistaken l, whatever way you cut it, we have created the cash pile in direct and indirect ways. Yes, every so often players perform beyond expectations like KT and dembele etc, but we provide the seed capital for investment and so CFC PLC failure to invest ( contrary to what fans would do) is a little difficult to justify, at least in part
That said, CFC now have no shortage of reasons to get physical and get serious and drive us on to 10iar.

All said and done IMO Something needs put in place for any future breaches of the rules by any one perhaps a ban on the player or players for a lengthy time to points deduction for clubs that know of the breach and don't deal with it. Not sure what rules to have but if nothing is put in place the game is in serious danger of ending sooner rather than later.

The SPFL and SFA should have set a punishment level prior to the clubs coming back, surely they can't start creating a new punishment system because two clubs have failed the game. All the players should be find and suspended by there clubs and sent out to help the care system etc.

They can't dock points unless its in the rules, they need to set a rule in place now, which in hindsight should've been set before a ball was kicked. Get it set now and punish players or clubs accordingly. If they don't then this will keep happening.

so say we are docked the 3 points and its those 3 points that miss us out in the league this year. so 10 year of hard work by every one and the people who have been on the full 10 year journey have missed out on something they have worked on for a full 10 years and all the fans who have supported Celtic through there full life and waited for a moment like this miss out on it because boli went to Spain for a day without telling any body. away you lot go. the player should be hit hard and i mean hard in the pocket and it should be donated to charities.

Sentiment is not flawed. Club done everything they could and legally could not do anymore. What else could they do? Confiscate his passport and then leave themselves open to legal disputes?
