Ed with regards to Big Forster. Is it likely he'll wait until the last minute i. e possible the end of the transfer window to see if another club makes an offer. If so surely we can't be willing to wait that long for an answer and will have moved on to other options?

It may come to that getting in one other as well Forster for the moment to compete with Bain then if Forster does decide to take his time we could then wait.

If Joe Hart does sign how long does Lennon give him to get his confidence back? There's something going on in the background that we're not hearing or seeing. Got a feeling Hart will be the No 2 and another will be coming in as No 1. Hazard or Bain will go out on loan. 50,000 season tickets sold and the fans demand decent signings.

What I'm thinking Ed is that Hart takes time to get his confidence back and Forster is back in on loan for a season then Hart becomes no 1. Can't see Hart suddenly getting his confidence back after a week or two. If Stevie Woods sorts him out then there may be a reasonably decent keeper still there. It's not Lawwell's way of doing things but this is a massive year for having someone with shot confidence between the posts.
{Ed007's Note - There's nothing wrong with Hart's confidence, it's his attitude and approach to his personal life that cost him his City career (and other moves), his high profile sponsorships and his agent dropped him, all leading to a hush-hush police inquiry.
With the way some Celtic fans have turned on LG it's probably for the best Hart doesn't sign for us - and Stevie Woods won't be able to sort him out.}

The thing that concerns me were a couple of stats I saw in that he conceded 62 goals in 36 games and in 19 games that he played for Burnley they lost 13. Not the sort of form you want taken into a 10IAR season.

Whats the story ed? Is this gambling thing your hinting at common knowledge? Av not heard anything.
{Ed007's Note - Well there's newspaper stories out there about him losing £100k in one night in a casino and expensive days out at the races but that's just the tip of the iceberg, Hart had gambling debts of about £1.5 million when he left City.}

True, what wages do u think we'll be forking out for him if we end up with him.
{Ed007's Note - If he joins us he will need to take a big drop in wages from his reputed £60k -£80k a week and I think there will be plenty of clubs who would give him nearer that than us. I wouldn't be happy if we broke our strict wage structure for Joe Hart as you'd be looking at about £40k a week tops.}

He's not worth breaking the structure for, I can't believe we're taking risks on such an important position. How likely is it ed? Scale of 1-10.
{Ed007's Note - I'd probably say a 3 or 4 mate, I just don't see it happening - mostly due to money - and I think Celtic's interest is being highly exaggerated by the media and fan forums. There was contact with Hart's people the other week to sound them out but since then I don't know of any further talks between them.}

If I'm honest I'd much rather Marshall over Hart and he would command much cheaper wages too. Can't really see Celtic coughing up £40,000 for wages on a goalkeeper either so hopefully he turns down the terms offered and finds somewhere else to go.
