i actually cannot believe we are going for the Holy Grail of Scottish football 10 in a row as i was a teenager during oldco doing 9 and wonderded if good time would return, and here we are now The biggest strongest richest club in the country, top sports companies falling over them selves to work with Celtic, This season could possibly be the highlight of a generation for fans, i for one am buzzing at the thought of this season Hail Hail 10 in a row.

Agree5 Disagree0

I saw it also Davie. I remember being in Blackpool when it was 6 for them, looking out over the water and praying they wouldn't make t 9! I was there at the 3 0 game also. THANK GOD WE STOPPED 10! Oh, it has all turned around now! Even Jim White was saying on talkSPORT yesterday that them closing the gap was a HUGE ask. Long may it continue. There's no reason why we caan't make it 10,11.12. HH!

The big difference between us and them when they did 9 in a row is that their business model was not sustainable but ours is.

Even now their business model is not sustainable and it will reach a tipping point like it did with oldco in 2012 if they do not reverse the trend of losing large sums each season.

Carmylebhoy they were dark days Im 48 now and to think that some Celtic fans now 18,19 20yr olds have only ever known successful times which is great and long may it continue, i was at the game the day we stopped oldco doing 10 1998 22 yrs ago That day in the north stand i had never saw as many grown men crying with sheer relief since then we have won 15 out of 21 leagues and got better and better 10,11,12 it will be what ever Celtic wants it to be enjoy Hail Hail.

You know as hard as it was I'm glad to have lived through the dark days of the 90s because I appreciate these good times all the more for knowing the hurt that mob are suffering it somehow makes it sweeter.

It's double delight for the 'fogies' like myself that followed the team around Scotland (and the continent) in the 60's and 70's for the first 9-in-arrow and the Big Cup and although our European pedigree has had it's ups and downs over the past three decades, domestic dominance on this scale - twice in a lifetime is unbelievable.

still the best day the best feeling I've felt as a supporter v st johnstone that day stopping that mob doing 10 it was sheer it was incredible.
