If Ajer goes this summer and it's for anything near the reported fee mentioned, then what positions would we look at bolstering?
I like Ajer, he's adapted to a different position than his youth days and has handled it well.
All players make mistakes and he can be guilty of one or two, but for 20m that's great business for us, that's our model, and we should stick to it.
I hope Eddy plays this season, and if he continues then surely by 2021 he will be worth 40m!
I hope the board aren't tight fisted winning this next title isn't the end of our ambitions, we have the chance to build an even stronger more dominant team and should do all we can do ensure the recruitment is right and not gap fillers.

For Celtic to get top dollar for Edouard, we would need to sell him now or convince him to sign a contract extension. With perhaps a £40 million selling clause in his new contract Turner.
If we wait and sell him next season, his value may drop because he wouldn’t have as long left on his contract.

Think the priority should be getting eddy tied down on a longer contract.

I’d prioritise a new deal for eddy, everyone knows he deserves to be top earner really in Scotland . by giving it to him long term we would means money out of it. If we are to sell Ajer I’d like all the revenue spent on new players. No matter what the Rangers are going to go all out this season to stop us getting the 10. We need to prepare that they are going to get a bit of quality in and we need to be prepared to match it.
