Maybe a bit left field with this one but I'd like to see John Hughes come in as part of the back room staff. I've always thought the teams he managed played a really good brand of football and have always enjoyed listening to his philosophies on the game. Anyone I've heard who has played under him only have good things to say about him. Would be a good option in my opinion.
