What did everyone make of their red card today? On first viewing I thought it was a soft free kick never mind a booking or sending off. But watching the replays the defender pulls leigh down. But did that make it a red?

It was last man. If it's a free kick then it's a red.

Going by the book, it’s a straight red. But does seem harsh.

I thought a bit harsh, but thank you Replay on TV. When you look another angle the ref got it right. Not being biased tho. Griff was maybe a little lucky himself tho. See what happens there. ED007 Can Griff get punished now even tho he got a yellow or is that it dealt with. ?
{Ed007's Note - The ref dealt with it on the park so that's it.}

Behave yerselves, it's a red every day of the week. If that had been us v the dead mob they would've been screaming for the offending CFC defender to walk. The rules are the rules, goal scoring opportunity, you walk.

Frimpong got the very same punishment from Gollum.

the rule was clear. was he denied a clear goal scoring opportunity? and the aswer is yes.

Ed did a Hibs player not get a retrospective red card for a foul on Izaguirre at Celtic Park a couple of seasons ago although the ref booked him.
{Ed007's Note - I have no idea.}

Was he not booked for the pushing afterwards? as their player was booked too. If that's the case then they could ban him.
