Excellent window by the hoops, we've added 2 exciting young players at a good age and got rid of some dead wood. and also sent half a dozen young players out to get game time and we've kept all our top players when everyone's fit we'll be unstoppable . well done Celtic.

It wasnt excellent mally. But it wasnt as bad as anyone is making out either.
Why do celtic fans need to go from one extreme to the other.
It was a not to bad window for the reasons you've listed but we needed a reliable CB. No one can say we dont.
The failure to get one over the full month not just yesterday stops it being an excellent window.

Kev bang on a cb would have been nice but with julien ajer sumo bitton elhamed and young Welsh we're not too bad there. and hopefully it gets us over the line.

Like everyone has said we needed a centre back, are we even sure the club were looking for one. All the names we were linked with were wingers yesterday . It seems a massive gamble for me considering the amount of games we still have to play, especially with how injury prone some of our players.

mally thinks we had an excellent transfer window and six centre backs.
If someone told you you were going for 9IAR and you've got
2 good CBs on their day (jullien and ajer)
1 whos been injured on and off for 2 years any not reliable
1 is bitton - yes bitton who we've had to move to cb
1 is our first choice rb whos injured and injury prone
would you be happy with that? Why aren't we planning ahead. Every season we go into Champions league qualifiers with either no CB (hence why bitton got moved there in the first place) or with no striker.
Everyone at the club knows we need cover at CB. If Jullien or Ajer get injured then it leaves us very short.

Well you tell me where we're going wrong the best defence in the league top scorers and have came back from the break flying like last year. too many moaners on this site have a look at the facts.

I'm with mally gd all. A year extending contract costs money tieing up long term deal and keep our best players. 2 new guys.
Celtic are trying and doing great some fans are never happy.

Cheers Andy it's a section of our support that forget the bad times I don't we're doing fine yes a new cb would be nice but it's not a disaster we have adequate cover.

I get what u r saying ED007 Fair point one goal a difference. We are scoring well. This was in the begining not now ed our defence record is gd although short term. In the end as long as we score more than the other that's what matters. But as you said we have conceded quite a we and if big FF Was not so blooming gd we would have lost more I'm enjoying the run tho. A win tomorrow will shhhhhh a few of the vibes. I wouldn’t say it was an excellent window Mally but it is a positive that we have still kept our regular starters. If we are relatively lucky with injuries in the 2nd half of the season, then we should be okay. I am still raging with the window but we have to move on and try to be positive going forward.

Excellent window! Hahaha! Is that u Peter? The manager has said one thing and done the exact opposite 5 first team players there Uve mentioned and 3 of them are injured!
