I'd love to see Benkovic return. I've said it on here before. I think he is a class act and if fit would be the best centre back at the club.
I also get the point put across by other fans that they feel he is injury prone and would rather we pursue other options.
So my question to ed and fellow posters is this:
Would you take Benkovic back on loan IF there was an option to buy at the end of the season?
Time for him to prove his fitness. We would have 4 natural centre halves with Bitton and Elhamed able to play there if needed.
{Ed007's Note - No, unless he was only going to cost £3 - £5 million I'd rather we went out and found the next VVD or Ajer. Simunivic made more apps for us last season than the Leicester reject and Jozo's apparently a sick-note and the jury's still out on Elhamed and Bitton's fitness.

Didn't you know he's the next VVD and will play every game for us and be a class act?
