While I agree JFP, that should be a prerequisite for any player. I'd give 100%, doesn't mean I should be getting a game.

Aye rite then JFP! U can ask no more than a player to give his best! What about asking for some actual quality on the ball or maybe pick out a team mate with a pass! It’s the Johnny Hayes gives 100 percent pish that does ma box in! The minimum is u give your all! But u need to be able to play a bit to! He’s gash!

He's technically not good enough for Celtic even when played in his natural position. Aberdeen was his level.

I've seen very few players in my time that don't give 100% every game. Even it they are playing bad. Why does that always become a plus point. for poorer quality players?
