I think the fact Eddy never started was massive yesterday. 1, it gave them a lift, 2. Morgan isn't a CF, 3. Wingers and Christie had no body to play up to, into.
4. We just miss the big man's presence, touch and class.
If Bayo and Griff ain't able support we need someone cause Morgan might be a decent winger but he isn't a CF.
With a fit Boli (or Taylor) , Mo and Eddy we are imo still better than them. Roll on 29th.

Completely agree Chinks. Edouard not playing meant we couldn’t get the ball to stick in order for support to arrive. The ball just kept coming back as wee Morgan couldn’t hold it up. Just look at the impact Eddy made when he came on.

Iceman, spot on. It was like being 3 or 4 men down as the others couldn't be effective without a focal point up front. I know he isn't the answer but a back up in the mould of Steven Fletcher would do me.

Absolutely over the moon that we won yesterday despite so many obstacles! No striker,10 men, penalty against us, unfit players! We fought our hearts out in that 2nd half! Played really poorly but fought to the end. just worries me that we were left with Lewis Morgan to start up front! No harm at all to the lad but the boys nowhere near the standard required! Another striker in January is an absolute must for me if we want to get through a long hard season!

Totally disagree, the problem wasn't Morgan, the problem was our midfield, they have recognised Brown as the weakness, and built their system round it.

Aindoh brown was fantastic after we went down to 10. Our weakness was our forward could not hold the ball up and let our midfield set up. The second eddy entered the game that happened.

How anyone could criticise Brown’s performance on Sunday is beyond me! Watch the rerun and Brown was critical to winning that game, especially in the last 20. If Brown hadn’t played not even Forster’s heroics would have been enough. An absolute legend who galvanises the whole team. Hypothetical choice of Brown or Edouard on Sunday, Brown every single time!
