I didn't like it when we brought Rogic on, we moved Christie to the right and also then had to switch Forrest to the left. It clearly made the team worse, at a stage in the game when I was expecting us to step up a gear. I think it is too much, moving 2 players out of position to accommodate one player.

Made it worse because Christie is the best number 10 at the club and rogic is the 3rd or 4th best in that position.

Well said Bhoys.
No point in trying to accommodate sick note he will go away with Australia and come back injured for 6 weeks. Waste of a wage.

Substitutions work best when it's a straight-swap in ONE position and obviously when the subbed player is ineffective.
When it involves rearranging several players and positions to accommodate the change it is usually counter-productive.
I remember MON making similar alterations - way back when - and it took the team too long to adjust and affected our fluency.
The old saying horses-for-courses is still relevant to this day and Griffiths has a very good scoring record at New Douglas Park and may have been a better choice to help put the game to bed?
Ah well; three points in the end is what we wanted - and managed.

Rogic hasn't earned a place in the team. tbh as much as he's a technically a gifted player and a skelper, he's not the most mobile and similar to Sinclair I don't think it fits Lenny's blueprint, as he likes pace and mobility. on another note. Motherwell will be a team to watch this season.

I honestly don't know why we haven't sold him yet, he contributes about 6 goals a season if you are luck which is terrible for a No:10.
We play faster better football with Christie in there.
