We have to win the midfield battle at ibrox before we can win the game. So if everyone is fit I'd go with

The wall
Elhamed
Ajer
Jullian
Boli.
Brown
Biton
Forrest
Christie
McGregor
Eddy.

I'd play McGregor at LM to nullify them down the right because they are strong down that side.
Also gives us plenty on the bench should we need it.

I wouldn’t have brown in the team against them it’s going to be to much for poor al brown and he will be run over again i fear last season for him and should only be playing 50% games

Forster
Elhamed
Jullian
Ajar
Boli
Mcgregor
Biton
Christie
Forrest rw
Bayo striker
Eddy lw.

McGregor is far more effective in CM. Mikey Johnstone is not good enough, If we get new LB in before old firm I would play boli LW as he is effective attacking.

The only problem I can see there Kev is that both Brown and Bitton want to play deeper, I know it won't happen but I would be more inclined to leave brown out and go with Bitton, McGregor and Christie as a middle 3 we have to win the battle in the middle of the pitch.

Is Simunovic injured?

I love the guy but broonie will get sent off next week. the orcs will wind him up and the refs will encourage it.

Going to have to play deeper and hit them on the break. no chance we should go to ibrox without Brown.

Spot on Kev Broon must play legs or no legs.

Looking back at the line ups for both games at ibrokes last season, only Lustig and Brown played in the same position for both games and Lustig also didn't make it out for the second half in both games.
The starting line ups where all over the place Johnstone up top, Mcgregor left back and then Johnston in the next game right wing back and Burke in no mans land.
We knew when we seen the starting line ups that we were up against it. We had no shape in either match, which makes me more optimistic for Sunday because we did make them look like the treble treble winners.
I am worried about all the new signings, Elhamed will possibly get thrown in after not playing for weeks. Jullian is too slow and is not ready. The new left back will make his debut on Sunday because if Boli plays, he will get destroyed.
We will have to take the game to them to get anything out of the match because we are a really good team going forward.
I also don't think Johnston or Morgan are strong enough yet for Sunday, so we must find a way to fit Ntcham, Christie Forrest and Edouard in our front 4 with Brown and McGregor behind. My team has 9 players with ibrokes, Glasgow derby experience.
Forster
Elhamed. Ajar. Jozo. New signing.
Brown. McGregor
Forrest. Ntcham. Christie
Edouard.
I would also only give Ntcham a start if he plays in the number 10 position because he has proved he can't handle the defensive midfield position at ibrokes. Play him in the number 10 and let them worry about him doing the attacking. If we get Ibe then I would start him on the left and Christie in the number 10 position.

If people want us to win at ibrox then brown and bitton shouldn't be in the midfield. I can see us getting pumped 3 or 4. Lennon has already folded in the last big game and i expect it again. Our 2 previous games at ibrox has had the same optimism as is now and look how that played out. We showed no fight and we just can't play our normal game when teams high press us which rangers will do. We also created like 3 chances in those 2 games. Back to my earlier point, brown and bitton are far too slow and hope im proved wrong.

Bhoyo got to strengthen that mid field. Brown biton mcgreger does that. Johnstone doesn't.

Leon elhamed is only going to have missed one week not weeks
Play Christie at LM would be no use and would take him right out of the game.

Every man and there dog knows Johnstone shouldn't play. He will get thrown off the ball too easily.

We do have a dilemma about the left wing position for Sunday. We might be forced to play a physically weak player or someone out of position. Its an important position for Sunday because they will have a job on their hands helping with cover for Boli or a player making his debut. Its a disgrace we are going back there for a 3rd time in 8 months and it looks like we have still not learned our lesson from our last 2 visits. There is still no balance on our left side and a good team will punish us.
We could possibly bring in a left back and a left winger this week but its not advisible to start both on Sunday.
