I have more control over a scalding jacket tatty straight from the oven than big Eddy has with a ball to his feet. It's like he is thinking about his second and third touch before doing the basics anf getting the ball under control.

French eddy is definitely not a poacher is any shape or form. He is a player who wants to drop out the box and then run at a defence.

their big no 9 impressed me over the 2 legs with his hold up and ability to bring a limited team into the game. aye, he's 34 and maybe at the tail end of his career but the disallowed finish in the opening minutes was class.

Perhaps I used wrong word saying he was a poacher. Just think he links up well with a striker that can hold ball up. Worked well with Dembele. Apologies for upsetting anyone and ruining your night saying that.

Big Eddie is such a frustration. He clearly has all the attributes to be a top player but his laid back style makes him look lazy and ineffective. He really doesn’t look much of a goal threat at the minute.

Eddie is not a lone striker, he plays better as part of a front 2.
And Turner, he had plenty of good control when he scored the winner at Ipox in the 3-2 game or the winner in the cup final.
