If one of the stumbling blocks to the deal is to be believed, that he wanted guaranteed first team football, then are Norwich, newly promoted to the Premier, really going to guarantee him that? If the Norwich deal goes through then it shows it was just about money cos I really can't see him starting Premier League games against Liverpool Man City Chelsea at 19 years old and only had basically half a good season.

My thoughts exactly mate. I think it’s pretty clear it’s more to do with money and greedy agents than it is this nonsense about playing first team football. Good luck to the lad but I can’t imagine him being a regular starter in the EPL with 1 full season in the SPFL under his belt. Norwich I imagine life me most newly promoted teams will find that league tough going, especially playing the big boy teams. I think the lad has been very badly advised ( only time will tell) not just because he didn’t sign for us but because of his lack of experience. Had he signed for us, or any other team and given himself another 2/ 3 years experience, win a few trophies and played some European games then moved to the EPL then you’d say we’ll done to the boy. Just hope for his sake he doesn't just disappear down there.

Norwich will go straight back down, and not many players (however good) get a move to a big club after being relegated. However loads have got moves after a few years with us, he's made a bad choice. his mistake.

He will disappear Garry well that’s my thoughts anyway better than David turnbull have been lost down there with no game time he has no chance he won’t play in the premier league Norwich will get relegated, and turnbull still won’t play in championship then he will be loaned to a spell club in a few years to restart his career at square one that’s my opinion anyway.

Andy Robertson's done pretty well for himself after getting relegated.

The boy is 19, 10 games in the premier league this season is better for his development than 10 SPL games and a champions league qualifier or 2.
