I wouldn't quite say that just yet. As much as he'll be in dialogue with his agent I feel that young players can be ill advised. But yes, he needs to show that he wants to sign. The boy Connell comes into the equation for me too. This is two young midfielders, projects, squad players, the same age, that we are in for. Yet we're trying to get quality over quantity and trim the squad? Just offer Connell a contract and see how keen he is. Save 3m and concentrate on improving the starting XI.

Nay be the agents to blame and the lads getting some bad advice and agents are prone to looking after themselves the bigger the deal the bigger there cut.
